AWOKN collects as little as possible. This page is a short, plain account of what we do with information you give us.
What we collect
If you join AWOKN, we store the name and email address you submit (and, on the community form, anything you choose to tell us). We do not require a phone number or payment details to join.
How we use it
Your email is used to send the AWOKN welcome journey, brand and journal-style content, first-collection updates, product availability and other relevant AWOKN news. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your email or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be removed. You can request deletion at any time by emailing Enquiries@awokn.co.uk.
Consent
By joining, you agree to receive AWOKN emails. We first send one email asking you to confirm your subscription. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Processors
We use Formspree to receive form submissions and Klaviyo to send AWOKN emails. They process your name and email address only on our behalf. We will only use providers that agree to appropriate data-protection terms.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics only if you accept it in the cookie banner, to understand how people find and use this site. It is never used for advertising, and you can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of the page.
